Code, Data & Ownership
How project deliverables, platform rights, providers, and portability are handled.
Ownership and licence terms depend on the accepted project plan, order, and customer agreement. The platform, trademarks, pre-existing tools, third-party components, and open-source dependencies keep their existing rights and licences.
Project deliverables
Customer rights in prompts, uploaded content, generated source, and project deliverables must be stated in the accepted agreement.
Source delivery is available only for supported plans and projects after the relevant build artifacts exist.
Third-party, open-source, model-provider, and hosting-provider terms continue to apply.
Data handling
Implemented authorization controls scope supported project, wallet, credential, and artifact operations by verified identity or signed service identity.
Requests may be sent to configured providers needed for the selected feature.
Provider retention and model-training treatment depend on the provider product, account settings, region, and contract.
Review the applicable order, Terms, DPA, subprocessor list, and provider terms before relying on a particular ownership, portability, confidentiality, or training treatment.
