Acceptable Use Policy

The activities that are prohibited on the RYHA platform, so the service stays safe, lawful, secure, and reliable for everyone who uses it.

Last Updated: 2025-06-01Version v1.0

This policy is currently under review by our qualified legal counsel and is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal advice. RYHA Technologies may update it from time to time, and the version published here is the one that applies.

Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are not allowed when you use the RYHA platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every user and to any organization on whose behalf the service is used. We may update this policy as needed to keep the service safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone.

Prohibited Activities

When using the platform, you may not: • Use it for any illegal or unlawful purpose, or to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others, distribute illegal content, or facilitate fraud. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or internal workings of the platform, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits, or copy, resell, or create derivative platforms from our service. • Probe, scan, or test the platform's security without our prior written permission, or run malicious, intrusive, or dual-use tooling, or introduce malware, exploits, or any code intended to cause harm. • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing attempts, or other deceptive or harassing communications, harvest contact details, or impersonate any person or organization. • Disrupt or degrade the platform or other customers' experience — for example by overwhelming the service with excessive automated requests, circumventing usage limits or access controls, or gaining unauthorized access to accounts or data.

Enforcement and Reporting

If we believe you have violated this policy, we may suspend or terminate your access, remove offending content, and take any other action we consider appropriate, including notifying the relevant authorities where required; where practical we will give you notice and a chance to address the issue first. If you become aware of activity that may violate this policy, or have questions about what is permitted, let us know at contact@ryha.in. Authorized vulnerability disclosure is handled separately through our Security Policy.
