How RYHA Works

The chat-to-launch journey and the modes that put you in control.

RYHA provides a guided project workflow from initial scope through reviewable delivery artifacts. Reaching a live, monitored product depends on the selected providers, credentials, hosting target, test results, and approvals.

The journey

Describe your idea and (optionally) attach files.
RYHA asks clarifying questions to reduce ambiguity and records the resulting scope for review.
You choose your departments and your level of control.
RYHA presents a plan with timeline and transparent cost — you approve.
The Research department produces requirements and a design direction for your review.
Configured departments execute bounded work and record progress and artifacts.
You review available previews and test evidence, request changes, and approve supported launch actions.
Monitoring, support, and growth workflows operate only when their required integrations and production services are configured.

Two ways to work

Auto mode — RYHA moves between checkpoints on its own. Best when you want hands-off speed.
Guided mode — RYHA pauses for your approval at every significant decision. Best when you want maximum control.

Configured approval policy preserves the plan, research-review, financial, and production boundaries that apply to the selected workflow.

Project-scoped memory can retain relevant context across sessions, subject to configured retention, access controls, and service availability.
