DOCS / PLANS & PRICING / HOW BILLING WORKS

How Billing Works

Wallet reservations, usage records, limits, and approval boundaries.

RYHA records supported wallet funding, reservations, settlements, releases, transfers, refunds, and usage events. Actual charges depend on the selected plan, configured providers, taxes, project activity, and accepted terms.

Billing components

**Plan subscription:** platform access and the features defined for the selected tier.
**Wallet usage:** supported AI and execution operations charged through configured credit prices and reservation/settlement controls.
**External costs:** hosting, domains, taxes, provider charges, and other third-party costs where applicable.

Controls

Supported project workflows can present estimates before approval.
Per-user, project, team, provider, daily, and monthly limits can block admission.
Paid execution uses wallet reservation and settlement paths; failures remain visible for reconciliation.

Review your records

Wallet pages expose supported balances, transactions, limits, and subscription state returned by the backend.
A provider, webhook, or reconciliation failure can delay or block final billing state and requires operator review.
Dashboard records and estimates improve visibility but are not invoices, tax advice, or a guarantee that every external provider cost is represented in real time.
